Folks,

We are interested in more information about your planned active adult community. We assume that will be 55+. All that we know so far: 30 acres for 300 dwellings (homes? condos? probably mix?), and that you don’t have a builder yet.

Any more information would be welcomed because we are making plans to relocate, and we want to know if your community will be worth waiting for. Thanks,

I have to admit i was obviously a little leary of all the hype taking place around solar. After reviewing various programs and buy options my husband and I made a decision to make the leap. We wound up getting solar with no money down and then we immediatly started spending less the very first month is was installed. I must say that this benefits associated with solar look like real and I am happy that we made a decision to move forward with it.

Mark – the homes are located just across the canyon from the Ranch House, looking south. They are just north of Camino del Sur.

I think it is a pity what they are doing on the open space below the bridge. They have raised the ground and flattened it to a point it looks very “un-natural”. Whatever they are building there (home or a park) they should had not modified the landscape so much. It looks like a boxing ring.

I just closed on 15688 Beltaire Lane..the Plan 2 model. Everyone loves the Sentinels in Santaluz but these are the best of the best with all the features that were missing in Santaluz Sentinels! My clients looked at every Santaluz Sentinel resale and when they saw these they purchased immediately. Del Sur is a beautiful community and these homes are beautiful. I hope to sell more of them!
