Three Del Sur neighborhoods logged a total of seven home sales for the week ending Aug. 29, according to the developer of the master-planned community in North San Diego.
Three homes sold at Maderia at Del Sur by Shea Homes, three homes sold at Pasado at Del Sur by William Lyon Homes, and one home sold at Bridgewalk at Del Sur by Standard Pacific Homes. To date this year, 99 homes have sold at the community celebrating sustainability and green building practices.
