Close to everything, but with plenty of opportunities to get away. That’s how Del Sur residents describe their community and the benefits of its central location surrounded by open space and with easy access to miles and miles of trails.
“We enjoy the trails every day,” said Jenn Fieldhack, a resident of Del Sur since 2007. She and her husband, Jeff, like to hike with their dog, Butkus. Jeff is a former pro tennis player whose hobby is participating in Iron Man competitions.
“We love to get out and explore new trails,” Jenn continued.” “It’s so beautiful, so nicely preserved. We often see owls and hawks and coyotes. Butkus loves it.”
